Code of Conduct

The Code of Business Conduct outlines the key responsibilities and duties that must be adhered to by all group employees, as well as the minimum standards expected of us all.

Intellectual Property Employees must take reasonable steps to protect the group’s intellectual property rights and respect those rights of others. Intellectual property created in the course of group activities belongs to the group.

Competition Competition law prohibits agreements or arrangements with competitors relating to participating in tenders, pricing, or other commercially sensitive information that distorts competition.

Conflicts of Interest Each employee must ensure that their personal interests do not conflict with the business interests. If such a situation arises, they must immediately notify their direct manager.

Fraud, Bribery, and Corruption Giving or accepting bribes or any unlawful payments is unacceptable. Bribery and corruption are illegal in all regions where we operate. “Toten Bygg” is committed to preventing fraud. Gifts and Improper Payments “Toten Bygg”‘s policy does not allow us to seek or be subjected to undue influence through the giving or receiving of gifts or any other incentives, regardless of the local customs in the regions where we operate.

Accurate Accounting and Money Laundering It is essential to ensure that there is no intentional or careless misrepresentation of group activity accounting records or reports, and that all expenses and revenues are properly recorded.

Confidential Information Employees are not permitted to disclose confidential information to any party, including co-workers, unless prior authorization has been given.

Group Information Technology Every employee must use the group’s IT resources responsibly and appropriately in line with IT policies.

Data Protection We have an important duty to all our employees and third parties with whom we work to ensure that the information we hold about them is protected and respected and that it is always processed and stored responsibly.
